I have over 20 years of experience in the healthcare sector. Throughout these years, I have progressed from a clinical specialist to a managerial role, developing a systematic approach to organizing medical services. I hold a professional medical degree, a specialization in mental health, and a Master’s degree in Public Health.
In my work, I strive to ensure that the medical organization is not only efficient and sustainable but also patient-centered. I place great importance on the development of preventive care, improving the quality of services, and implementing modern, evidence-based practices. I also pay close attention to teamwork, staff professional development, and the strengthening of organizational culture.
I continuously pursue professional development, attending courses and seminars on healthcare management, quality assessment, safety, and digital solutions in medicine. I am confident that the growth of a leader directly impacts the development of the entire team and the quality of care provided to patients.
